We are the creative and tactical one-stop shop. From the first idea to the final output, we create everything in-house from idea to concept development, script writing to filming, editing to bringing a polished product to the market. Our experienced team consists of prize-winning producers, directors, and tactical specialists with varied backgrounds within the Police force. The stories we tell have a strong connection with human rights and animal welfare.

Martijn Bruyns [10-71]
Founder, Managing & Creative Director
Filming and story telling is something which is in Martijn Bruyns’ blood. Having grown up in a film production family, it is no wonder that he would also follow the same career path. With more than 18 years of experience in directing, filming and editing for Endemol, Warner, Simpel Media and Shine, he’s well versed in every aspect of studio and location production. His projects have scanned the globe, from North to South and East to West taking with him a sense of privilege as he captures real-life situations turning them into compelling stories. Martijn’s modus operandi is to tell real and engaging stories so that the audience is immerged in the moment/captivated by the moment/experiences the moment lives the moment.
Terry Isaak [10-59]
Head of Operations
Terry Isaak has a long track record managing and working with large-scale projects. Bringing together teams with opposing priorities is his strong suit. With over 16 years’ experience working for GEC, HFKS, NORR, The City of Calgary and Imagine Air Inc. has enabled him to give a fresh visual perspective on how to set up a production, capture a moment and unfold a story.
Marcel van de Ven [10-57]
Director of Tactical Operations
Marcel’s illustrious career spans over 20 years, working for the Police as the operational head unit specialist in vice, observation, undercover and forensics as well as heading large-scale investigations as a negotiator for suicide, kidnapping, and hostage situations. Taking his experience with the Police Force to the Broadcast environment, he now leads the tactical teams for and stars in prime time television shows which include Ontvoerd, ( RTL4), Op de Vlucht, ( RTL4) and Hunted ( Avro-Tros) He also acts as Chief investigator for House of Animals, whilst running his newly founded company Global SI, which focuses on research, security and investigations.
Mark van der Wees [10-56]
Mark has a proven track record working in multi-national companies in various roles and locations around the globe for the past 15 years with a strong focus on integrated company strategies and effective roll-outs. Also, Mark has been vital when it comes to business development activities including acquisition of new clients as well as enhancing existing client relationships.
